Cost of the service

• First half-hour : free
• Second half-hour : 200 yen
• Third half-hour and over : 500 yen

・You can pay by credit card or account transfer for regular pass.
・You can pay by credit card for 7-day and 2-day pass.
・The usage fee is invoiced when basic fee for the following month is invoiced or when you cancel.
・The minimum usage period of regular pass is 12 months. You can cancel after the 13th month. If you cancel within 12 months, penalty occurs.
・If you select the payment by account transfer, first you pay 12-month basic monthly fee at once. When you renew your registration in the following year, you have to pay 12-month basic monthly fee as well.
・If you pay by account transfer, it takes 60 to 90 days after you send account transfer form until the service starts. This period is required for financial organization to check the request form and the account.
・If the bike is not returned within 23 hours from the starting of rental, or if you breach terms and conditions, JPY 25,000 is invoiced as guarantee.
・Penalty is [12-month basic fee at registration] minus [the amount you paid before cancellation].
・If you lose the bike, JPY 25,000 will be invoiced.
・the cost for damage and repairing of bike shall be invoiced depending on the damage.
・Travel expense to unlock the key: JPY 2,000 is invoiced.
・JPY 1,000 is invoiced for exchanging the key for wire lock.
・JPY 1,000 is invoiced to issue new membership card if you lost your current one.
