
Returning a bike
(05/01/2022)Fully insert the bike into the bike stand. Without using a card.
Attach the bike to a stand. Wait for the beeps and the indicator light to confirm that the bike is properly locked in place.
If you have any problem, wait 2 minutes and check the terminal:
- If the terminal offers you the option of hiring a bike, your returned bike is properly locked in and you can be on your way.
- If the terminal reports you as having a bike out on hire, then the bike is not properly locked in. Try again to lock it to the stand.
- If there are no free stands at the station, swipe your card over the terminal to be credited with another 15 minutes without charge to find another station nearby.
