【NEW】 Extension of free service period for health care workers
(14/09/2021)We have decided to extend the free bike rental period until December 31.
Health care workers support our lives by preventing infections and providing medical care. We would like to express our sincere respect and gratitude to health care workers.
As the infection is still spreading, we have decided to extend the free service period until December 31.
Current users do not need to follow any procedures, so please continue to use the bicycles.
Also, if you are a medical professional who is considering using the shared bicycles, please apply at any time.
In winter, please use the bicycles with caution in case of rain, snow, or road conditions.

Who is eligible for this service?
- Working or practicing in a hospital, doctor's office, clinic, pharmacy, midwifery, practice, dental lab, nursing home, or other medical or health care related institution.
- Those who can subscribe to Teiki-pass on cyclocity website.
How to apply
- Please register a "Teiki Pass" on Cyclocity website. http://www.cyclocity.jp/
- You must send a email with an image of your medical identification (e.g. employee ID card) within 5 days of registration.
※You will be charged an initial basic fee to your credit card, which will be refunded as soon as it is confirmed that you are a healthcare worker.
