Who is eligible for this service?

• Working or practicing in a hospital, doctor's office, clinic, pharmacy, midwifery, practice, dental lab, nursing home, or other medical or health care related institution.
• Those who can subscribe to Teiki-pass on cyclocity website.

How to apply

Please register a "Teiki Pass" on Cyclocity website.   http://www.cyclocity.jp/

You must send a email with an image of your medical identification (e.g. employee ID card) within 5 days of registration.

※You will be charged an initial basic fee to your credit card, which will be refunded as soon as it is confirmed that you are a healthcare worker.
